Established in 2005, Shenzhen HQT Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (HQT) is specializing in developing and providing private network solutions.

Milestones
In 2005, HQT was founded and developed its first two-way radio TH-3608 successfully with CE certificate.
In 2011, HQT was awarded with the Software Enterprise of Shenzhen.
In 2012, HQT focused on developing DMR Tier-II series products.
In 2012, HQT was awarded with National High-Tech Enterprise and Shenzhen High-Tech Enterprise.
In 2013, HQT set up its wholly-owned subsidiary Quanzhou HQT Communication Co., Ltd. in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, the hometown of China’s two-way radios.
In 2014, HQT officially launched its full series of DMR Tier-II series solutions and products to the market.
In 2016, HQT is on its way to the development of DMR Tier-III technologies and solutions and the combination of private and public networks.

R&D
With over 10-year development, currently we have two R&D centers, DMR Solution R&D Center in Shenzhen and Analog Product R&D Center in Quanzhou with almost 40 R&D engineers and technicians for each.
Some of our engineers are those scarce engineers in China who master DMR core technologies and almost all of our R&D team members are sophisticated with professional industry experience, expertise and R&D capacities.
Until now, we have developed our own private network solutions with integrated hardware and software. Our product series covers DMR Tier-II series, IC platform series and analog series with high-end to license-free categories.

Sales & Marketing
We have built a relatively mature and stable sales and service network covering home and abroad markets.
Our Sales and Marketing Center has four departments, the International Sales Department, the Domestic Sales Department, the Marketing Department and the Technical Support Department.
Every department has its own operation regulations and service principles.
We devote all our efforts to serving the mid- and high-end markets all around the world.

Manufacturing Base
We have our own mold factory, manufacturing factory and advanced integrated manufacturing and testing equipments. Quality is our life and the base of our development, so we have a series of strict control and monitoring systems to control every process and detail from R&D to manufacturing, especially for the processes and procedures of qualities. 

DMR Solution R&D Center
Our DMR Solution R&D Center is located in Shenzhen, our headquarter and has almost 40 engineers and technicians with 5 core engineers who master the core DMR technologies and the advanced industry expertise, so we can almost fulfill all the customized needs and requirements from our customers.
This center is fully responsible for the developments of DMR solutions, DMR Tier-II and Tier-III series products.
Currently, we have successfully developed Emergency Dispatch System, IP Multi-site Connect Solution, Real-time Positioning Solution and Commercial Recording Solution, and all our solutions have been widely applied in public security, forestry, transportation and railway.
Besides, we have developed a whole series of DMR Tier-II products, including Digital Portable Radios, Digital Mobile Radio, Digital Repeater and Dispatch System; while we also have relative and complete IC digital products.
Now our DMR Solution R&D Center is to develop the DMR Tier-III solutions and the combination of the private and the public networks.

Analog Product R&D Center
Our Analog Product R&D Center is located in our Quanzhou subsidiary and has about 40 engineers and technicians. All our engineers and technicians are very sophisticated with many years industry experience.
This center fully takes charges of the development of our analog products. With over 10-year development, our analog series covers all levels from high-end, mid-end, low-end to license-free products. And our products have been serving lots of high- and mid-end customers from the government, military, public security, utility, transportation, enterprise and business.
The investment of our R&D centers takes up to 20% of our total revenue every year, so we can ensure our R&D strength.
What’s more, our R&D centers are integrated with our markets and customers, we can develop exclusive solutions, products and/or functions for specific areas and/or markets based on our customer’s application environment.

Professional and Strict Test Department
The Test Department is the backup services and indivisible part of R&D center. Our test workers are professional and sophisticated with rich industry experience.

Most of our products have CE, OFTA, FCC certificates, RF and EMC reports. Besides, with over 10-year development, we have owned invention patents, Utility Model Patents, Design Patents and Software Copyrights, to name but a few.

Our Sales and Marketing Center has four departments, the International Sales Department, the Domestic Sales Department, the Marketing Department and the Technical Support Department.

International Sales Department
Our International Sales Department is located in Shenzhen, our headquarter and has more than 15 sales mangers and salesmen.
This department is fully responsible for our global business but China. Currently, we have separated our global business into 5 big business areas, namely, the Europe business area, the America business area, the Africa and the Middle East business area, the Asia and the Australia business area and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) business area.
We have a complete sales team for every specific business area and every team includes a sales manager and several salesmen.

Domestic Sales Department
Our Domestic Sales Department is located in our Quanzhou subsidiary with more than 20 sales managers and salesmen.
It takes full charges of our domestic business. Currently, we have built an improved sales and service network for domestic business, our business has been reached every province and/or even cities.

Marketing Department
Our Marketing Department is located in our headquarter and has over 10 marketers.
This department bears the full responsibilities and obligations for home and abroad marketing, including but not limited to providing marketing supports to our home and abroad sales departments, offering marketing supports to our OEM customers, researching every specific market in the globe, providing practical and useful information for R&D department and the board, sharing strategic marketing intelligence with our strategic customers and partners, holding marketing and market promotional activities.

Technical Support Department
Our overseas technical support team is located in Shenzhen together with our international sales team, while our domestic technical support team is located in Quanzhou together with our home sales team. Each team has almost 5 staff.

Integrated with our customers including our distributors and end users, we provide professional and localized solutions and products based on our researches for specific areas and markets, so that we can lead the markets together with our customers.
We serve our markets and customers as a whole team rather than an individual salesman. As a high-tech company with high sense of responsibilities, we stick to the following basic regulations:

• Quick Response: we are devoted to offering our customers quick response to help our customers improve market shares and enhance the relationship with their end users.
• Relationship: we value customers’ lifetime value more than anything else, so we have been contributing to establishing and building a long-lasting, strategic and win-win cooperation and relationship with all our customers.
• Team-based Supports and Services: HQT is as a whole and complete team to serve and support our customers and markets, the individualistic heroism is not our style. Our support team generally includes salesmen, marketing staff, technical support and R&D engineers, other departments and/or relative staff can be involved if needed.
• Communication System: As for any issues and/or problems, we will set up periodical and irregular video meetings to solve them with our customers face to face on time. The effective and efficient communication system for the internal and the external is the basic for us to serve our markets and customers.
• Responsibilities: we never sell those products which we do not approve to our customers and markets, and we bear full responsibilities for those products that we’ve sold.

We are a high-tech company with an integrated and complete R&D, sales and manufacturing system and chain. Our manufacturing base is located in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, the hometown of China’s two-way radios.
Our factory covers about 133 hectares.

All of our manufacturing colleagues from the top executives to the production line workers are sophisticated with professional expertise and skills in manufacturing management and production.
We have strict regulations and standards for the whole manufacturing management and procedure, starting from supplier selection and valuation, incoming materials inspection, production process monitoring to logistics management.
